Very happy

Extremely unreliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second unit. This oven microwave is extremely unreliable. You cannot set your own temperature. It has to be set in increments of 25F. The clock keeps getting over time. The UI interface is slow. This was not worth the money. This is my second unit as the provider exchange for a complete new unit after having issues after issues.

Jenn Air- Microwave and oven combo

Great oven! Performs well!

I also love the programmed features, which automatically adjusts the time for different dishes, taking the guesswork out of cooking. New oven/microwave

Lots of functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve just had this combo microwave/oven installed for 2 weeks now. Since we were replacing an existing appliance with this one, we were limited in options that would fit in the current space in our kitchen. This combo fit perfectly. I’m very happy with its appearance - it’s beautiful! I’m still learning the various capabilities of this appliance. I’ve had some adjustment to cooking with a 900 watt microwave as I previously had a 1100 watt microwave. My biggest concern is with the oven control panel. It’s very difficult to “spin” the timer - specifically for seconds not minutes or hours at this point. It takes more seconds to set the timer for the number of seconds I want for the microwave to cook. This makes me a little concerned about the sensitivity of the control panel and if I’m having troubles now within the 1st 2 weeks, how long will it last? Also be careful if you purchase from a Big Box store and they do not have an authorized JENN AIR installer. I filled out the warranty for this product on the day it was installed and have not received confirmation of warranty on this product.

Excellent device

Amazing oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My route to ownership of this amazing microwave/oven combination was a fairly circuitous one, However, it was installed a few weeks ago and is wonderful! I was a bit concerned about mixing this in with my existing black stainless steel appliances but the large amount of black has made my concern a non-issue. I especially love the full extension oven rack. I hope this oven serves us well for a long time!
